Choose an Interest Free* or Extended Payment* plan

You can choose either an Interest Free* or Extended Payment* plan, depending on your needs. A simple way to pay for your treatment over time, there are 2 types of payment plans available:

Interest Free* payment plans

• 3, 6 and 12 months Interest Free plan
• No interest charged on amount financed during Interest Free period

• Revolving line of credit can be used for subsequent treatments

Extended Payment* plans

• Total treatment cost paid in equal repayments over 24, 36 or 48 months

• 12.9%† annual percentage rate
